Supplies4life uses a tiered shipping method based on your subtotal. Shipping costs for the Contiguous US are as follows:

If you're interested in shipping to a destination outside of the contiguous United States, please call (855)787-2012 for additional information. Supplies4life reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized or improper application of the tiered shipping rates.
Once you place an order with Supplies4life, two email notices will be sent to you. First, you will receive an order confirmation stating your order and shipping info we have for you. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification that includes tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.
Orders may ship from one or more destinations and use more than one carrier in order to get you your products in the most efficient manner.

Returning and Exchanging Merchandise
How can I return my items?
There is a mandatory 6% restocking fee on all returns. If you would like to return your item(s) Send us an email with your order number, what you are returning and why. We will get back with you with instructions for your return. All shipping charges associated with your return are your responsibility. Please call our office toll-free at 855-787-2012 with any questions or concerns you may have. Once we have received your unit, we will call you to confirm and refund your purchase.
